We don't want you to be surprised by shipping. USPS is our main shipper and we are all at mercy to the shipping costs that our economy is facing.
IF YOU ARE LOCAL TO CDA, ID: Select local delivery when you are placing your order. You will be notified when your order is ready and we can make arrangements.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we are here to help with our easy Return & Exchange Policy. Upon delivery of orders in the United States (excludes international orders), the customer has 10 days to return or exchange their order for a full refund. THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE PURCHASES OF PEPPER SPRAY or OTHER PERISHABLE PRODUCT. If bought in a bundle, there will be a refund minus the current advertised price for the pepper spray. Please contact The Fox Hollow for a pre-paid shipping label.
If the product is DEFECTIVE, please contact The Fox Hollow and we will be more than happy to replace the item. You may be asked to send the product back. Pre-paid label can be provided.
